FOUNDER
With over two decades of experience, Joey is a connector at heart — bringing people, ideas, and opportunities together to spark change. He is the founder of Alleyne Connect U (ACU), an ecosystem built on collective impact that unites leaders and organizations across legal services, mental health, arts and culture, and youth entrepreneurship to strengthen communities and expand opportunity.
Joey holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration and an MBA in Nonprofit Management, but it is his hands-on leadership that sets him apart. In Nassau, the Bahamas, he partnered with government, clergy, and community leaders to launch transformative programs that gave young people and communities access to education, mentorship, and career opportunities.
At the core of Joey’s work is his unique ability to connect — to unite diverse voices, align resources, and spark collaborations that would not exist without his leadership. Today, he continues to serve as an international bridge-builder, cultivating partnerships that drive sustainable growth and create lasting impact. His mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure that people and communities everywhere are equipped, connected, and empowered to step confidently into their future.
