    FOUNDER

    With over two decades of experience under his belt, Joey emerges as a seasoned connector, adept at forging pathways for skills enhancement, vocational training, and preparing youth for the workforce. Having founded Alleyne Connect U, a network that fosters collective impact, Joey champions developmental initiatives.

    His academic journey encompasses a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration and an MBA in Nonprofit Management. Yet, his impactful endeavors in Nassau, the Bahamas, truly distinguish him. There, Joey collaborated with the government, clergy, and local stakeholders, fostering transformative programs. Serving as a bridge between entities, he showcased a knack for partnership cultivation, advocating for youth, and effective people management.

    Joey's influence transcends borders, as evidenced by his role as an international bridge-builder. Spearheading youth advocacy efforts, implementing sustainable growth frameworks, and facilitating collaborations between youth and allied organizations for educational and career advancement, he remains steadfast in his mission to empower young individuals globally.

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    A dedicated community leader and professional with over two decades of experience in service and leadership roles. She has been involved in various campaigns and programs, showcasing her grassroots prowess, mentoring skills, and empathetic nature. Adrian’s experience and unwavering to community service make her an invaluable addition to Alleyne Connect U (ACU).

    Adrian has over four years of experience in real estate and ten years in business development, sales, and client relations. Driven by a passion for social impact, Adrian leverages her pre-medical degree to spearhead the establishment of the Mi Bella Co. brand, where self-care and commitment meet. Additionally, she is the visionary founder behind ERW Group, as a consultant where she combines her diverse skill set to drive meaningful change and innovation.

    Adrian has been recognized for her strategic collaboration with CEOs and enhancing organizational operations, earning her the 2024 Stevie® Awards Gold win in The 22nd Annual American Business Awards® for Support Staffer of the Year. Her distinguished career and philanthropic endeavors serve as an inspiring blueprint for effective leadership and making a lasting difference in both the business realm and the communities she serves.
